Dezeen Showroom: distinctive finishes and details meet in the Mira furniture system, designed for installation in kitchens and living areas by Italian brand Scavolini.
Developed by the company’s research and development lab Vuesse, the Mira system has a linear, polished look, with an L-shaped profile on the doors and a combination of wood, metallic and solid block colour finishes giving it a distinctive edge.
Scavolini has now added a further three colours to the established range – pearlescent shades called Cuvée, Pas Dosé and Perlage that create a luxurious aesthetic.
Other options for the walls and doors include solid-colour vertical slats, framed glass in slatted or solid textures, and Dark Steel aluminium frames with various styles of mesh.
The Mira range is modular and can create kitchen and living room compositions in linear or corner configurations, with the possibility of creating islands or peninsulas.
The base and wall units come in a wider 75-centimetre base that can accommodate the latest generation appliances, and added details like accessories and built-in lighting enhance the sophisticated look.
