Former President Trump is scheduled to appear at a town hall in Oaks, Pa. on Monday evening.
During a rally in Prescott Valley, Ariz. on Sunday, Trump said that if elected he would call on Congress to boost the pay of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents to meet a goal of hiring 10,000 agents.
The National Border Patrol Council, which represents Border Patrol agents, on Sunday endorsed former Trump at the rally.
Trump’s event in Pennsylvania is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. EDT.
